Did the workout and the 9 burpees for today. Also did 100 crunches (no balls this time). Seriously thinking about going back to running once the weather is nicer.
I'm a (TIRED) SAH-Mom of 2 that used to be personal trainer among many other things. Like most moms, childbirth and rearing have taken precedence over working out, so I desperately need to lose the baby weight! I also want to show my kids that exercise is fun and should be an integral part of our lives. I needed a way to do so that would keep me accountable, so I started a blog to document my struggles and accomplishments. I know I (we) can do this. Did I mention I was perpetually tired? Anyone else with me?
